I had an outstanding experience with Woodruff Institute, especially under the care of Dr. Rebecca Lambert and her professional team of PA's. From the start, they took the time to carefully identify and isolate my specific problem skin areas instead of rushing through the appointment.
Dr. Lambert explained everything clearly and professionally, making sure I understood both the condition and the treatment options. I never felt uncertain or overwhelmed — just confident that I was in expert hands.
The procedures were surprisingly painless, and the follow-up care has been just as thorough and attentive. It’s rare to find a medical team that combines skill, clear communication, and genuine patient care so well.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate dermatology services.
Dr. Pontasch is amazing! I have been to a few Dermetologist over the years and she is absolutely the best! She takes the time to do a complete and thorough exam and explain everything to you! Her staff is very pleasant and makes you feel very comfortable also! All around great experience!

I had to have some skin cancer removed. I have seen Dr. Lambert before and she Is Is an excellent surgeon. What is even more impressive about this facility is that ( if needed) you see an on site plastic surgeon right after the procedure. I saw Dr. Gardner. This is my first time visiting him, but he was so much fun and he made the experience quite enjoyable. That’s an incredible thing to say, when you’re undergoing this kind of procedure!
Dr Smith is excellent. Very warm and friendly and most importantly thorough and explains in detail what she is doing, what she sees and why she does what she does. I would highly recommend her. My wife and I are very thankful she is our doctor
