Riverchase is a popular practice and a bit difficult to make an appointment when busy. But I have been seeing them for a number of years and will not go anyplace else. Each member of the staff is genuinely welcoming and patient and helpful. I was seen today by Dr. Davidson and her assistant Maddie, both of whom are very thorough and made me feel comfortable with my whole body checkup. Before my exam began, Maddie patiently went through my history and put me at ease right away. Dr. Davidson is personable and thoroughly explains what she is doing throughout the exam. Shanna is also one of the absolute best among a team that goes out of their way to listen and tend to your issues.
Sarah Burkart PA is excellent, very personable and takes the time to explain things and answer your questions. I would highly recommend her. The rest of the staff was professional and efficient. I love that I can get in and out without a long wait.
So pleased with this place!!! We are in our winter home and I needed immediate attention for a previous skin cancer surgery done near our northern residence. Even though I was a new patient, Riverchase Dermatology arranged to see me within only four days of my initial phone call. (Thank you to Shannon in the front office, for getting me scheduled so quickly!) The office staff was patient and helpful in getting ALL necessary records from my northern doctor’s office. I was so impressed with my visit with Dr. Davidson. She explained the process for treating my squamous cell cancer, answered all my questions, and put a rush on the biopsy. The whole visit was thorough and amazingly quick, including scheduling the follow-up Mose surgery. I can HIGHLY recommend this practice.
Overall very nice. Nice courteous staff, very efficient and quick to explain things.
Only drawback is the check in on the tablet, a bit confusing and frustrating at least for me, I think my information would be easily transferred from the recommending doctor..
I was so pleased with the practice. Sarah, the amazing PA was so knowledgeable, kind and the procedure went perfectly with minimal pain. The check in was fast, the practice is efficient yet kind. Will highly recommend!
Shanna Miranti is always makes me feel as though she is genuinely happy to see me. I also feel like she really takes her time answering my questions. Her bedside manner is one of the best I have ever experienced.
I have been a client of Riverchase North Naples for 10 years. They are a very service oriented group of professionals who do everything in a quality manner and on a timely basis. I highly recommend them and in particular, Sara Drew and her staff.
Your office needs to show a little common courtesy to its patients. If your doctor is running an hour or more behind, you should politely call your patients and let them know. Our time is valuable too and our time is money too.
