I've been with this practice several years and am thankful for the good visits I've had and their work at keeping me well. When the dr doing my body scan found two basal cell spots on my face she wanted me to schedule MOHs right away. I scheduled it but then cancelled when I was surprised that a carotid surgery was necessary.
I was very disappointed when the FCD dr harshly scolded me for putting the MOHs surgery off. She surprised me that she had no understanding or compassion concerning the conflicting surgery got in HER way. She insisted, "Why come for a scan if I'm not going to follow her advice." My reaction was that "I am part of my wellness team, too." Maybe it was just a rough day for her? Maybe she doesn't like seniors with a limp? Don't know. Not returning.
Florida Coastal Dermatology has set the bar for standard of care. The medical staff is highly qualified, professional and show a genuine concern for patient comfort and care. Dr. Kovach and Monika Blackmon have provided extensive skin care treatments and surgeries for the past several years. One is indeed fortunate to have these individuals as providers. There could not possibly be anyone demonstrating greater skills and competence.
I have been seeing Hannah Feng, PA-C, for dermatologic care and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She performs thorough full-body skin exams and consistently finds lesions and issues that other providers have overlooked in the past. Her attention to detail gives me tremendous confidence that nothing important is being missed.
Hannah treats every patient with the utmost respect, taking the time to listen carefully, answer questions in plain language, and explain all options without ever making you feel rushed or dismissed. It is clear she is truly passionate about dermatology and stays fully engaged throughout each visit. She will go above and beyond to ensure you receive the best care possible, from careful diagnosis to thoughtful follow-up. If you are looking for a dermatology provider who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion, Hannah Feng is outstanding.
My experience with Florida Coastal Dermatology for Mohs surgery on my nose was fantastic. The physician assistants and nurses are all highly skilled and compassionate. Dr. Brad Kovach is amazing. He has a fantastic chair side manner and talks you through the procedure at every step. The healing process over 7 days was perfection. He has the skills of a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon for the demanding clients of Naples. Highly recommended.
Service is always excellent and most professional! All aspects are on time as scheduled and there is much attention to detail. The entire stall treats you very kindly and professional in a caring manner. It’s always a wonderful experience. Florida Coastal Dermatology is great! Thank you!
Hannah Feng PA-C is the absolute bomb💥, as well as both her MAs!
She’s like a bloodhound when it comes to sniffing out pre-cancerous AND cancerous lesions/moles.
She’s incredibly thorough and very considerate, and takes the time to make sure your needs are met even when it’s past the 15 minute appointment time (patience is a virtue!).
Hannah deserves a million dollar raise, for real. She’s saved numerous lives with her work, as well as the other staff (including the front office and schedulers!).
The entire staff from the receptionist to the nurse to Dr.Kovach were outstanding as much as I don’t want to be cut. They made me very comfortable he answered all my questionsand I’m glad I am feeling really good.
Absolutely awful! Dr. Feng is one of the most unprofessional doctors I’ve ever seen and so are her medical assistants. My husband was prescribed a very strong medication for his skin and he was not advised by the Dr. or her assistants on how to use it, and he ended up with a severe rash because of misuse. He then had a follow up appointment that he needed to reschedule and they couldn’t fit him in until a month later. The day of his follow up appointment comes and he arrived EARLY to his appointment, but waited 40 minutes to be taken back to the treatment room. Another 10 minutes later and he is told by the assistants that he had to wait another 30 minutes for the doctor. He couldn’t wait any longer because he had other appointments and ended up having to reschedule his appointment again for another 3 weeks away because of how unprofessional the doctor is, after already waiting over a month for this appointment.
Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this doctor or this practice to anyone. People have jobs and shouldn’t have to bend their schedule around because of unprofessional physicians like this that can’t handle a full schedule or enforce their policies regarding tardiness.
