As a new patient of Dr. Davidson, I was very pleased with the warm welcome to the practice I received from the time I made my appointment, to checking in, all thru the procedures, and at check-out. Dr. Davidson was very personable & informative — she took time to explain what she was doing & why. Her MA, Pang, was also very personable & informative. I am very pleased I chose this dermatologist, after a not so good experience with my former dermatologist.

Shannon was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable on the phone and in the office. Dr. Davidson and her assistant addressed all of my concerns. As a new patient, I was very pleased with my first appointment.

My appointment was ok but my husband was extremely upset and decided to leave the office before being seen. We got there at 8:30 to fill out paperwork and watched 3 other patients that were late coming and were still taken in before my husband. The last man that went in had an appointment at 9:50!and again was late an walked in at 10:00 . Instead of letting him wait he was taken in immediately after watching 3 patient o that were late it was enough when it was 10:15 and we arrived at 8:30 like we were told to fill out paperwork and now it is 10:15 my husband had enough . And on top of it I paid my husbands co paid of $35.00! Which should not be charged because he was never seen. Sometimes it means a lot to patients to be recognized and let the ones that are late can wait like we had to but that was not the case and all 3 patients should of been pushed to the end of the line an wait like the rest of us . My co paid for my husband should not be charged I have already reached out to my insurance company and made them a where of the circumstances . Our time is just as important as the last man that was late and taken directly in when he showed up at my husband s appointment time . We will no longer need your services which will probably make your and mine!!!!!!!!

Dr. Davidson is great. She been my doctor for over 10-years and I always appreciate her thoroughness, good listening skills and the amount of time she spends in the exam room. Her nursing staff always provides good patient aftercare instructions. Nice being able to trust your doctor.

Kimberly is the best! She moves and talks fast, but fully informs patients of her findings and proposed treatment. Been going to her for over 20 years!

Dr. Davidson was prompt and professional. She has done surgery on a couple spots of basil cell carcinoma which she has cured. She completely inspects my body for possible other spots and biopsies any locations which look suspect.

Everyone I interact with at Riverchase Dermatology makes you feel like they really care. From checking in, through the procedure, to checking out. All of the staff is very welcoming.
