J’ai été accueillie de manière très correcte par l'équipe des Eaux Vives. Malgré l’attente, la réceptionniste ainsi que l’assistante Christine ont fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et de beaucoup de bienveillance. Christine a su expliquer chaque étape avec clarté et délicatesse, ce qui a rendu l’expérience très rassurante. En revanche, l’état général des locaux ne correspond pas à ce que l’on attend d’un centre de prélèvement. Un effort supplémentaire en matière de propreté et d’entretien, notamment au niveau de la peinture, serait nécessaire afin de garantir un environnement irréprochable pour les patients.

The staff are really nice and attentive, but it's unacceptable that the lab took 1 month to have the results. It was an important hormonal panel and it was crucial. Other labs normally have the results ready in 5 working days max.

Manque de professionalisme , de coherence , et de respect du client . Les assistantes manque clairement d'empathie et ne sont pas des vrai professionelle de la santé . Ne se retrouve pas dans leur dossier , donne des informations erroné . A fuir. Dommage car ces collaboratrice represente Unilabs

Même tôt le matin les infirmières sont accueillantes et toujours le sourir. Si lenvie de vous faire piquer et ne rien regretter je vous conseil d'aller là-bas.

Pénible vraiment,j’ai pas l’impression de dé appeler à un laboratoire sérieux déjà ils sont pas capables de répondre au téléphone,je attendez plus de 10 minutes,plusieurs fois et après te coupe la appel!! Bravo 👌👌jamais!!

Like in true Swiss style 0 customer service. These guys in the real world would go out of business within the first week of opening. Lucky they are in Switzerland which believes in 0 quality and service. One person at the counter and 6 people waiting. The receptionist doubles up as a nurse UNILABS cannot be that hard up that they cannot afford to staff their clinics. Even in a third world country the reception wouldn’t double up as a nurse to take the blood. Swiss quality in the poubelle !!

I have been waiting for my results for almost a week. They were supposed to be sent by email. No email, no contact, and no one has answered the phone for the second day. Disaster. Never go there.
