Le Dr Zair Djelloul est sans conteste le meilleur médecin que j’aie eu l’occasion de consulter. Son écoute, sa rigueur diagnostique et sa disponibilité sont exemplaires. Je le recommande sans la moindre hésitation.

I had two consultations with Dr. Josué Hile Oumarou in psychiatry, in February and in March, and my experience was extremely disappointing. During the first session, before I had the opportunity to properly explain my situation, the doctor stated that his approach was based on prescribing medication and suggested that otherwise he could not continue as my psychiatrist. When I explained that I wanted first to discuss my situation and explore options before considering medication, the interaction became tense and dismissive. I left the consultation feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and emotionally distressed rather than supported. Despite this first experience, I decided to give a second chance and attended another consultation in March. The session lasted approximately 23 minutes and ended with the doctor telling me to find another psychiatrist. The abrupt nature of the consultation and the lack of engagement with my concerns left me feeling even more discouraged and emotionally affected. In terms of logistics, the clinic is not located in Montbrillant itself but in a building near the Gare. Access requires entering a door code to get into the building and then going upstairs to reach the clinic. If you do not have the code, you remain outside, and there is no receptionist to assist you or respond via intercom, which can be confusing on a first visit. What made the experience even more concerning was the billing. For the two sessions combined (approximately 75 minutes and 23 minutes), I received invoices approaching CHF 1,000. The detailed billing stated 150 minutes “in person” and 113 minutes “in absence.” I understand that administrative work and reports may be billed, but these numbers appeared excessive compared to the actual consultations. When I questioned the clinic, the explanations I received did not correspond to my recollection of the sessions or to the billing details themselves. Additionally, one invoice was sent on 15 April with a payment deadline of 19 April, and despite disputing the charges in writing, I received a payment reminder with late penalties on 28 April while the dispute was still unresolved. This review reflects my personal experience and my concerns regarding communication, professionalism, and billing transparency. I encourage future patients to request detailed explanations of invoices and treatment approaches from the beginning.

I had a horrible experience here. I was basically told that I was lying about my illness as they insinuated that I was a hypochondriac despite having very real symptoms that lasted weeks. Mind you, I haven't been to a doctor for years, debunking this theory. I left 200+ CHF poorer, as sick as I came in, and feeling extremely insulted. For internationals, they make you pay there in a very "we don't trust you to pay us back" kind of way and then weeks later I get another surprise bill in the mail for this same appointment. I really do not recommend this facility.

Infelizmente nao tenho boa référençia deste centro mèdical. Tinha uma consulta marcada , a qual chego e sou informada que o doctor nåo està porque esta doente ! ...se comprendre que pode acontecer ficar doente! O que fiquei châteada foi de me ter deslocado ao centro mèdical e näo fui informada da parte de ninguêm do Centro mèdical!!! Isso näo se faz ! Se nôs faltamos a uma consulta mèdical temos o dever de informar !, se faltamos factura-nos a factura .... e o mesmo terà de acontecer da parte dos mèdicos ! Ninguëm me telefonou mësmo ainda me pergunta têm consulta? ... devo confesser que me disiludi ! Nao aceito desculpas .boa sorte
