J’ai attendu une heure pour un rendez-vous qui était programmé, au final on m’avait oublié. Je devais juste changer un pansement et les infirmières ne savaient même pas pourquoi je venais. Des gens venu plus tard sont passés avant moi, de tout les rendez-vous il n’y en avait pas un où il n’y avait pas de retard. Ayant toujours eu de la considération pour les retard c’était la fois de trop. Revoyez votre organisation.

I have been visiting this clinic for last six months and I find the most friendly English speaking front desk professionals in addition to the doctors. Specially Malik - he always greets us with an welcoming smile and listens attentively to our requests - then offers solutions and guidance that works for us!

The center is great, most of the professionals i’ve met were very good. But the psychiatrist with which I did my consultation was terrible. Must be said, she is a pediatric psychiatrist (yet she accepted to attend me, 23yo). I can’t speak by how good she is with children but with adults is really bad. Every consultation she asked me the same questions and didn’t really seem to ponder anything upon them. She also didn’t seem to remember anything from the last consultation (and I would need to repeat all over again). If the consultation was an email the results would be the same. Every time she would be late by 20-30 minutes. The rendezvous would last only 30 min; but she still charges for full 60 minutes. The worst, I believe, is lack of patient confidentiality. After every consultation, she gets out of the office screaming the diagnosis and medication that the patience should get (which she had already said 300 times before). Lack of professionalism and respect. No one should have any business on what meds i’m taking besides her and me, but everybody in a 20 mile radius knows it after the consultation. I don’t recommend it.

J’étais suivis pour une sorte de kyste sur mon dos , opérer deux fois . Dr Raiss a était très attentif, rapide , efficace et gentil . J’ai souvent une peur bleue des médecins et pour une fois j’étais assez à l’aise. Bon centre médical .

Le Médical Center > Notre-Dame est "Impeccable". Personnels d'accueil d'une éthique et gentillesse remarquable. Dr Khoutir MAHOUR, est un excellente médecin FMH très expérimenté. J'ai été impressionné par ses conseilles d'une exactitude du diagnostique rapides, claire et d'un entretien bien explicatif et rassurant ->>> et toute cela dans quelques minutes. Très content de rencontrer une telle personnalité médicale. Mes sincères remerciements.

Very badly managed clinic. I had an appointment at 15h00 and I’m still waiting at 15h30. Hope the doctor is better.
