I visited the eye clinic a couple of days ago for a consultation as I needed a long standing chalazion removed from my eyelid. I was very impressed with Dr Magdy Nasralla Abdall, he had a lovely manner and was very good at explaining everything. The procedure went very well and he was very gentle and I had no bruising or swelling on my eyelid after which was amazing. Thank you for you care.

Dr Andreeva was a life saver. For once i felt like a doctor actually took the time to listen to me. Ive been to another ophtalmologist before and they plainly dismissed all my concerns and made me feel as if i was crazy. She was the only one that took the time to look at my previous reports (previous one refused to) and gave me a proper referral. I cant be more grateful, honestly. Its been a God send to me.

The lady at the phone and at the reception desk is absolutely unwelcoming, especially at the phone. She would take the calls impolitely and have an attitude for legitimate questions such as wanting to receive an email with the prescriptions for an appointment done one week before. The doctor per se is very nice, welcoming and professional, even if in my opinion they lack material in this eye clinic. I won't go again in this clinic just because of the lady at the reception desk and the lack of respect and empathy. I'll try to have the same practitioner in another clinic.

Excellent service from the Ranelagh Eye Clinic. Follow ups beforehand by the staff to remind me and confirm my appointment. Dr Tempany a total professional and an absolute gent, who was very reassuring during my operation to remove a chalazion.

Dr. Tempany was super helpful and nice. Was a very calming and assured consultation. He also went above and beyond to help us with another non-eye related medical help. The receptionist was also very kind and helped us get an emergency appointment in short notice. 10/10 would recommend

I recently had an eye injury. I wasn’t able to open one of my eye and stinging too badly. Dr. Andreeva was great doctor. Her treatment helped me to open my eyes in a very short time. Thank you very much. Definitely , A hospital that can be trusted.

I recently had an eye injury which left me in excruciating pain. The staff at Vista Eye Clinic kindly gave me an immediate appointment. Dr. Kevin Tempany was nothing short of amazing, professional and kind. He provided instant relief to the pain I was experiencing. He then walked me through everything I needed to do to take care of my injury. He gave me two follow up appointments. The care I received from him and the staff was exceptional and thorough.
