Absolutely disgraceful. If you want your personal details shouted across a waiting room, a doctor that wont listen to what you have to say, long waiting times, €75 for a pathetic follow up (as well as €75 for initial visit) and inconsistency in care then this is the place to go to. Never again will I be a VHI customer and I will be advising others to do the same.

Shocking service. Paid 75 and waited for over 3 hous with a child with a fractured finger for nothing. I was referred to the CUH anyway the next morning and the consultant that saw us in CUH said there was absolutely no reason why the VHI clinic couldn't have dealt with the injury. This is my second experience if them taking 75 and then referring us to the hospital. I wont be wasting my time going here again.

Took 2 hours to be seen and out. What ever happened to being a swiftcare clinic. All due respect to the workers I can't really fault them only for I asked for a brace for my sprained ankle I would have been expected to walk it off with a paracetamol. Basically was told there was nothing wrong with me in the end because they didn't see a fracture but when I asked was it torn I was told yes. Why is it so hard for consultants to actually diagnose people these days. I understand sprains and strains don't show up on x rays but I wasn't going in for the fun of it to spend €75 on 1 paracetamol. 😅. Thank you to the receptionist and radiologist. The consultant wasn't much help.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. On Tuesday night 6th January, I brought my Dad to Vhi with a broken foot and in extreme pain. The receptionist was as rude and dismissive, telling us “we’re too busy, come back tomorrow.” Alongside a serious GDPR breach, with my Dad’s personal details (age and address) shouted across the waiting room. After waiting, we were told to go home as he wouldn’t be seen as they were closing. No empathy, no professionalism and no respect. Completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting that I’m paying for Yearly.

This is a great clinic rather than having to go to another provider. You will be in and out in an hour usually.

Called at 2pm to vhi swiftcare in mahon but despite being a vhi policy holder told to wait till 4 now 4 still waiting told to go laya or public ed. It's supposed to be swiftcare and supposed to be of benefit to a vhi policy holder which it clear is not just as bad as a public ed .

The doctor and nurse both were pretty rude. They didn’t want to seem listen at all to what i was saying and serious lack of empathy. Basically told there wasn’t anything really wrong with me. For a private clinic really disappointed not to mention I had to pay €75
