I recently visited BioForce Medical Dental Clinic in Limerick to have my blood drawn, and I was very impressed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were wonderful—kind, professional, and attentive. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. Overall, a great clinic with great people. Highly recommended!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give 0 stars I would. I contacted Bio Force Medical for food and allergy testing for my 8yr old autistic daughter after been advised by her gp to have it done. I explained exactly what I needed - both food and allergen testing and was told it would be done as a prick test on her arms with 15 patches and a mix of allergens both food and environmental. I had to change our initial appointment date to a later one due to scheduling conflicts and instead attended today. When booking I was advise it would be a 15 patch prick tests and asked would the doctor be able to advise which mix of 15 would best suit my daughters circumstances and was told yes. I was also told the cost would be €250 (I have all the messages saved confirming all the information in this review). In the messages it said not to take any antihistamines prior to coming in for the test. I arrived with my daughter today after travelling over an hour to get there and went into the doctor (who spoke no english and needed the receptionist there to translate our questions and answers) to then be told that they wouldn't do the test as my daughter needed to be antihistamine free for at least 2 weeks. Then when I advised I was never told this and that the message said not to take anything prior to the test the receptionist who was speaking for the doctor tried to imply I was or would have been told. I told her I was not and offered to get my phone to show her our communication. She declined and got hers instead and tried to pick through the messages to work to her narrative. When she realised she couldn't she finally admitted that was an omission on her part but that she "didn't realise" when the date of the appointment changed that we "were still" coming for the food/allergy prick testing. I informed her the date changed but the appointment type never did so that made no sense. She then tried to push for us to agree to come back in a month instead and said they could try the food testing but it would be an additional €250. I advised no I wanted it all done together both food and environmental allergens together as originally booked only for her to then inform me that they "could not" be done together and would need to be done separately and that it would be €500 for both. I explained i was feeling incredibly frustrated and that I had contacted them, explained what I needed and we had booked for both food/allergen testing and they had advised that they would be done together on the day at a cost of €250 and now having come in for my appointment with my child everything that was communicated and agreed upon was now gone. We were told 15 patch panel for a mix of food and allergens on the day of the appointment, cost of €250 and no antihistamine just prior to the appointment. Now it had all changed to no mix panel, separate environmental allergens and separate food allergens tested on DIFFERENT days and at a cost of €500 not €250. Also that the test couldn't be performed as they needed my daughter antihistamine free for minimum 2 weeks. The attitude from both the receptionist and the doctor was disgraceful and condescending including them repeatedly talking to each other about us in their own language knowing we did not understand and also the receptionist trying to make out like I was overreacting for being unhappy that everything communicated had changed. I have NEVER experience a more unprofessional and unethical set up in my life. My husband, daughter and I left extremely upset and frustrated. I will be making a formal complaint and including copies of all the communications between myself and Bio Force to all relevant authorities for this matter however in the meantime I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to AVOID.

I have been using Bio Force Limerick for the past few years for variety of medical needs. Whether you need to see a consultant or get some blood tests done, they are there and ready to look after you. My wife and I are absolutely delighted with this clinic. The service is ultra-friendly and professional. Very highly recommended, A1!

I highly recommend Dr. Ewa Berlińska! She is extremely professional and thorough. She quickly helped me by running comprehensive tests and immediately prescribing the right treatment, which worked perfectly. I really appreciate her careful approach and efficiency. The receptionist is also incredibly friendly and always ready to help, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the clinic. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with my dentist, Kate, at Bioforce. She is truly excellent at what she does—her attention to detail is outstanding, and she consistently delivers high-quality care. Dr.Kate is very professional,detail orientated,friendly and patient person. She did amazing aesthetic change and makeover on very badly bonded tooth done by other orthodontist . I am highly recommending Dr Kate and definitely will come back !
