I visited the clinic today for the first time. Very clean, car park, television in the waiting room. There was so many people but I was in very quickly. Office opened before opening time, so patients could fill up form before the doctor arrived. Great service, very patient doctor, kind and caring. I will be a returning patient and I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was in this clinic today, the receptionist was very kind and also the doctor. The place was tidy and clean. They couldn't give the certificate that I needed it for a visa application but they were very polite to explain me why and what I can do to get it. Before this place, I was in the other clinic, the place was the opposite atmosphere, smelly and they charged me 20€ just to speak to the doctor who said that they don't issue this certificates for new patients, it was unfair. Now, I know why they don't have website to complain about the services. Don't waste your time and money as I did. Go straight to the clinical with glass door, THE BEST.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here with blue clinic was too frustrating to ignore. The service overall was terrible. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted like I was bothering her just by showing up. No greeting, no smile, just a bad attitude. I had a few questions, and she responded with short, dismissive answers like she couldn’t be bothered. It made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Honestly, it set the tone for the whole visit. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be coming back – and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

I first went into the clinic walk in medical center (blue door)few weeks back. After years of going into the walk-in doctor next door( red door), it was immediately clear there was a massive step up in politeness of staff , cleanliness and professionalism. The doctor is empathetic, polite and very professional. You will not feel rushed and the doctor will listen to you. The difference between them and the clinic is night and day. Definitely worth the extra 20 euro for the peace of mind.

One of the biggest advantages is that no appointment is needed, which makes it incredibly convenient for those with busy schedules. I walked in, and the staff quickly guided me through the process with minimal waiting time. The medical professionals were knowledgeable and friendly, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the tests. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I was able to complete both the eye test and medical report in one visit.

Arranged an appointment for six pm today only to arrive at the premises and the place closed up,no answer from the phones,had to go next door.Very unprofessional,why offer an appointment if you're gonna be closed?

I am writing to express my deep concerns and dissatisfaction regarding my recent experiences as a patient at your medical facility. I would like to share my serious concern about the quality of services and professionalism exhibited by the staff. Right from my initial interaction with the facility, I encountered inappropriate behavior from the receptionist, whose name I believe was 'Mile'. She treated me in an unprofessional and discourteous manner. Her communication and demeanor left an unfavorable impression on me and disrupted the atmosphere of trust that is expected in a medical environment. My visit with the doctor also left me disappointed. Despite my reasonable expectations for a thorough diagnosis and effective treatment, my consultation was reduced to few minutes, and the doctor hastily concluded that the symptoms I presented would resolve on their own. I paid a fee for this consultation that did not align with the medical value I received. Regrettably, the lack of improvement in my health following the inadequate treatment led me to seek further assistance. A consultation with my primary GP confirmed the presence of a serious bacterial infection that necessitated prompt initiation of appropriate pharmacological treatment. This delay in proper medical intervention significantly impacted my health and well-being. It is worth noting that I attempted to contact the facility by phone to inform about my current health status and the treatment received. Unfortunately, my call was not relayed to the doctor, and the same receptionist denied me the opportunity to consult with him, citing his busy schedule.
