Ciaran is very professional, passionate, as well as efficient and has an amazing level of knowledge. Not only did he provide a personalised recovery plan but he also helped me rebuild confidence. Thank you - I have already recommended your clinic to friends and family!

I had awful shoulder pain for weeks , I couldn’t sleep with the discomfort and it was at the stage where I didn’t have very much movement in my arm. Turns out it was frozen shoulder. Ciaran gave me exercises and treatments and I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough. The improvement in my shoulder is great and I almost have full mobility in my arm after just 2 months of treatment and simple daily exercise. He has sessions after 5pm and on Saturdays and really tries to facilitate his clients. 10/10.

Ciaran helped my teenage son with an injury to his knee, explaining very well what the injury was and then giving exercises and instruction on how to help strengthen it to get back to full contact sport again. I Would highly recommend Ciaran for any physio requirements.

My son went to Ciarán with a sports-related knee injury . He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything so clearly! The treatment and treatment advice made such a huge difference. Highly recommend Ciarán and Stride Physiotherapy.

Had heard through the local running club ( St Andrews) that Stride was very good. Ciaran was excellent with our son. Freed out the problem and he was given exercises to strengthen back up. After a few days , he felt great, painfree for the 1st time in awhile.

I saw Ciaran for an injury. He was diligent, took time to assess my injury and discuss my future goals. I felt well supported throughout and confident in the plan, I would definitely recommend him

I've had two sessions with Ciaran at Stride Physiotherapy, and I can confidently say he's very professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience in physiotherapy. He takes the time to understand your issues and provides effective, tailored treatment. I highly recommend him if you're around Ashbourne, County Meath!

Ciaran is the best physiotherapist I've ever met. He helped me when my back pain was so severe that it prevented me from functioning normally. After a few sessions, I felt significant positive changes; I no longer have back pain. I highly recommend him.
