I had awful shoulder pain for weeks , I couldn’t sleep with the discomfort and it was at the stage where I didn’t have very much movement in my arm. Turns out it was frozen shoulder. Ciaran gave me exercises and treatments and I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough. The improvement in my shoulder is great and I almost have full mobility in my arm after just 2 months of treatment and simple daily exercise. He has sessions after 5pm and on Saturdays and really tries to facilitate his clients. 10/10.
