I can't thank Varsha at Spectrum Health enough for helping me recover from my back fracture. She is professional, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made every session encouraging and tailored my treatment to my needs, helping me regain strength and confidence. I highly recommend Varsha and the team at Spectrum Health!

I had 4 appointments with Ms Varsha Vinodakrishnan and can say I had a wonderful experience. I had bad neck and should pain from an accident. She helped me to heal, relax and strengthen. She was very polite and friendly to be around, and provided alot of useful information for me to understand the process and do things correctly outside of physio appointments. I would highly recommend Varsha. I'm feeling 100% now.

"They are worth their weight in gold" a saying I would definitely use when recommending Varsha Vinodakrishnan, Physiotherapist at Spectrum Health Raheny. Very professional and friendly who, following an examination, gave me simple excercises to do each day for my back and shoulder. She got me to do the exercises with her and then sent them as a PDF file to my email which was great (no excuse for not doing them). Follow up included a check to make sure I was still doing them the right way. First class service. If suffering and she can hellp dont think twice - pick up the phone and book an appointment with her. Well worth it. Lorena Smith

Varsha is absolutely brilliant! I went to her back in October for new hip pain and for knee pain I'd had as long as I can remember. She gave me simple exercises to do, slowly increased the difficulty as my knee and hip improved and she's so supportive and encouraging. I didn't realise before I started seeing her just how much pain I was living with on a daily basis, Varsha has really helped to improve my quality of life and I'm so grateful! Highly highly recommend her services, 10/10 ☺️

I had the support of Ms Varsha Vinodakrishnan for a number of physio sessions Feb-April 2026 following knee surgery for a torn meniscus. Very impressed with how fast my recovery was thanks to all the guidance and exercise program mapped out. Highly recommended.
