I can't thank Varsha at Spectrum Health enough for helping me recover from my back fracture. She is professional, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made every session encouraging and tailored my treatment to my needs, helping me regain strength and confidence. I highly recommend Varsha and the team at Spectrum Health!

Varsha is absolutely brilliant! I went to her back in October for new hip pain and for knee pain I'd had as long as I can remember. She gave me simple exercises to do, slowly increased the difficulty as my knee and hip improved and she's so supportive and encouraging. I didn't realise before I started seeing her just how much pain I was living with on a daily basis, Varsha has really helped to improve my quality of life and I'm so grateful!
