I was very pleased with the whole experience at Optical Express. Personnel were all very kind, informative and helpful. It is pleasant to be without glasses for the first time in over 60 years, except for reading, although I feel my sight is not fully adjusted.

My initial experience with Optical express was really good from all the tests to the surgery and the after-care until the last appointment in which I was told that I could do with laser Treatment, but would have to pay again for it, which I thought was Not Fair as I had paid about €8000 for lens replacement . So I feel I am now left with Uncomfortable eyes but have no intention of paying again. So feel a little letdown by Optical express

I can't recommend laser eye surgery enough. A few seconds of discomfort (no pain whatsoever) and I no longer need to wear my glasses. I wish I hadn't waited so long to do it. Definitely worth the money and I have no regrets. A few hours after the surgery I could already see better and now, a month on, I'm delighted I got it done. Optical Express were brilliant all through the process, from enquiring about it, to the aftercare provided. Don't wait any longer - just get it done.

From the first phone call until I was discharged today it was a fantastic service. My first meeting with Danielle she put me at ease straight away. I was a bit nervous but Danielle explained everything and it was exactly the way she said would happen. The rest of the staff are well experienced in their jobs and nothing was a hassle for them. The surgery staff were absolutely brilliant and a couldn't have thank them enough for their time. So for me it was a fantastic experience and I couldn't be more happier with the results. I had Lasik eye surgery with Optical Express Tallaght recently. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and the service provided by them. From start to finish they were brilliant. They were on hand to answer any questions I had beforehand and carried out a thorough check to make sure I was a candidate for the procedure. The whole process was seamless. I am delighted with the results. It's life changing. Credit to all at the clinic. An extremely professional and well organised service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, friendly and caring staff, from customer service over the phone to everyone in the clinic. Premises spotless and covid safety protocols in place. I’m 3 weeks after surgery now and have been so well looked after. I am very happy with the result so far, and it keeps improving day by day. When my toddler kicked me in the eye after hours a week after surgery it only took a phone call to get an early morning appointment the next day to get checked. Having done the calculations I would have spent the value of the surgery on appointments, glasses and contacts in 6-7 years, so very well worth the investment for the future. Huge thanks to all the staff for all your care. Great job!
