Extremely rude security followed my wife and young daughter from the door to the prescription counter (they were not browsing shelves or picking up products). When my wife asked why he was staring at her and my daughter he became rude and loud and caused my family distress and embarrassment. Absolutely unnecessary and intimidating. We will never shop here again and will be reporting his behaviour.

Mixed staff! Some are professional and caring, especially one who has only one hand. However, there are others I call the giggling girls. They giggle at people for no apparent reason, making them feel uncomfortable and therefore unwelcome. Mind you, nobody goes into a pharmacy without something wrong with them. So, being laughed at is humiliating for these elderly ladies etc. Strange and unprofessional. No need to go back. I've told all that there are plenty of much better competitors.

Always such a pleasure going into this pharmacy. Staff are always very pleasant. I recently began using dermalogica and was at a loss at what would be the best items in the range to be using. A member of staff named Carla has been exceptionally helpful with helping me choose the correct products for my skin and is clearly very knowledgeable about all aspects of the products provided in the store. She is very accommodating and considerate of what would be best for my skin as opposed to trying to upsell products to me. She is also always very helpful when I come back with new queries concerning expanding my skin care collection. I would highly recommend speaking with Carla regarding any skin care inquires as she is lovely and clearly well experienced in this area as all her recommendations have resulted in my skin never being better. She is a credit to the store.

Outstanding Service at Hickey's Pharmacy – Ava and Niamh Are the Best! I recently visited Hickey's Pharmacy, and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received from two staff members, Ava and Niamh. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and stress-free. Ava was incredibly helpful in guiding me through some medication options I was unfamiliar with. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Her friendly demeanor and knowledge were truly impressive. Niamh also deserves a huge shoutout. She was so patient and attentive, helping me find the right beauty products and offering thoughtful advice. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of care and attention from a pharmacy team, and Niamh made sure I had everything I needed before leaving.

Yeah worst customer service experience. Women with red hair and lip pearcing working on till in prescription section absolutely rude and disrespectful human being. Had to ask husband to go take sons prescription after being mistreated by that worker ... never again i will go to that pharmacy ever... Manager needs to take more care who is accepted to this job position 🙄 ps no complaints to other workers I'm sure they are nice bc before never had any issues in this pharmacy and it was years my go to pharmacy . Sad

Absolute disaster went in to get a lotion for my wife picked the wrong one and wanted a refund only to be told they only issue credit notes this was two minutes after buying it. This is the first time I've experienced something like this and I advise the management to have clear indication of this policy in front of the store and advise each customer about it. Hickeys just gained one determined dissatisfied customer.

Thanks to a lovely pharmacist(unfortunately I don't know her name) that went out of her way today to help me to get the antibiotic (that was out of stock) for my sick child. Kindness goes a long way and I really appreciate it. I hope you have a lovely day as you deserve it 💐

Have nothing nice to say about this pharmacy I went in to buy something for my mother-in-law and was going to pay €120 for a ready-made hamper I was in two minds to get it or not so I went over to the pharmacy across the road and had a look was going buy beauty products there instead and there was a promotion on and they gave me free stuff, then I realised the free stuff I got was the same stuff that Hickey's pharmacy was selling for €120 I said it to the girl and she said they are not allowed to sell that stuff because its free with the promotion that was on offer, so I will NEVER return to Hickey's pharmacy again
