Extremely rude security followed my wife and young daughter from the door to the prescription counter (they were not browsing shelves or picking up products). When my wife asked why he was staring at her and my daughter he became rude and loud and caused my family distress and embarrassment. Absolutely unnecessary and intimidating. Always such a pleasure going into this pharmacy. Staff are always very pleasant. I recently began using dermalogica and was at a loss at what would be the best items in the range to be using. A member of staff named Carla has been exceptionally helpful with helping me choose the correct products for my skin and is clearly very knowledgeable about all aspects of the products provided in the store. She is very accommodating and considerate of what would be best for my skin as opposed to trying to upsell products to me. She is also always very helpful when I come back with new queries concerning expanding my skin care collection. I would highly recommend speaking with Carla regarding any skin care inquires as she is lovely and clearly well experienced in this area as all her recommendations have resulted in my skin never being better. Had to ask husband to go take sons prescription after being mistreated by that worker ... never again i will go to that pharmacy ever...
