Had first waxing experience with Suzanne in Freya Beauty Naas. Cant speak highly enough of the experience. Was made to feel very much at ease and completely relaxed. Waxing was practically pain free and 100% delighted with the results. Would recommend Freya and I'll definitely be back.

I had a very disappointing and painful experience at Freya Beauty in Naas. I booked a Brow Shape service on 05 September 2025 with Ashling. The treatment was rushed, done without care, and no aftercare was provided after waxing. Within hours, I developed blisters and irritation on my skin because of the negligence. This is not just bad customer service — it is a serious health and safety issue. A professional salon should never compromise on client wellbeing, and unfortunately, Freya Beauty failed completely. I would strongly advise others to avoid this salon. There are many places that treat their clients with proper care and professionalism — sadly, this is not one of them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ashling is absolutely fantastic! Her customer service is second to none. Ashling always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she’s always so friendly, professional, and accommodating. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares as much as she does, and it really makes all the difference. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough a true credit to the team. Her kindness and great attitude really shine through every time, and it makes such a difference. Couldn’t ask for better service thank you Ashling.
