I had a very disappointing and painful experience at Freya Beauty in Naas. I booked a Brow Shape service on 05 September 2025 with Ashling. The treatment was rushed, done without care, and no aftercare was provided after waxing. Within hours, I developed blisters and irritation on my skin because of the negligence. This is not just bad customer service — it is a serious health and safety issue. A professional salon should never compromise on client wellbeing, and unfortunately, Freya Beauty failed completely. I would strongly advise others to avoid this salon. There are many places that treat their clients with proper care and professionalism — sadly, this is not one of them.
