I went to see Cormac at the Dublin Hypnosis Clinic 8 weeks ago now and I haven't regretted it.
I feel great knowing that smoking is behind me.
I am confident going out for the few pints, going for food and waking up in the morning knowing I don't need or will want that smoke that I once craved so much.
During my Hypnosis, it was said that when I see people smoking, I would feel sorry for them as they are trapped and I am free. This is totally true FREEDOM!
I would totally hand on heart recommend this option if you are sick and tired of waking up every morning still tired,no energy during the day and still know it's the cigarettes that are doing it but you still have that first smoke and still buy that box. If you're ready to quit just do it.
I used to spend weeks before any trip feeling anxious about flying. Even seeing a Ryanair or Aer Lingus notification pop up on my phone would make my heart drop. By the time I actually got on the plane, I would sit there silently crying and gripping the seat in front of me the whole flight. Then when I finally arrived, instead of enjoying my time away I would spend the trip worrying about the flight home and going through the same stress all over again.
I went to Cormac at Dublin Hypnosis Clinic not really knowing what to expect, but after the first session I immediately felt like something had shifted in my mind. I noticed I felt calm when I saw a flight notification on my phone, which had never happened before. After my second session, the change was even more incredible. I actually started looking forward to flying and enjoying my trips.
I have flown twice since and honestly it has been a dream. Cormac is brilliant at what he does and I cannot recommend him enough. If you struggle with fear or anxiety around flying, or even any fears in general I would absolutely recommend visiting this clinic.
Cormac cured my fear of flying. I couldn’t recommend him enough. I had a constant anxious feeling in the lead up to a flight and during, after 2 sessions with Cormac a couple of weeks before flying, I didn’t have that feeling anymore. I’m now as calm as ever and the fear doesn’t cross my mind. Would highly, highly recommend Cormac to anyone!!

I’ve been with Cormac on the 17th of june to help me with my addiction to drugs and drinks. Today i am 82 days free from drugs and drinks and all i can say is that i feel amazing, happy and healthy. He is amazing and such a big healer. I cant take him enough for helping me and is not the first time. About 10 years ago i went to see cormac to help me quiet smoking and havn’t had one smoke since. I highly recommend cormac for any sort of help. 😁
Very positive experience. I would highly recommend Seamus. He is very professional and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. This really worked for me and I have recommended Dublin Hypnosis to family and friends. Well worth the money.
I first went to see Cormac six years ago to try and quit smoking, honestly fairly sceptical, but willing to give pretty much anything a try by that point. I walked out of his office and haven't wanted a cigarette since.
I recently went back to him for help with bingeing and even after just a couple of days I'm already noticing and feeling the difference - I'm moderating easily and feel fully in control. I truly can't recommend him highly enough. Not only is his work incredibly effective but he's also a wonderfully empathetic, genuine and professional person to deal with.
I'm incredibly grateful for all he's done to help me over the last decade.
