I am a 57 year old woman and a client of Dr Kent for over 16 years now .. He is an expert in his field and I have always had a really positive and uplifting experience at his clinics, . The clinics are beautifully decorated with a calming atmosphere and I’m always greeted by the attentive and friendly receptionist Sinead who makes you feel so welcome and at ease .
.Dr Kent is always professional, welcoming, and takes the time to listen to your concerns and gives honest advice explaining everything clearly including realistic results and expectations. .
He is very honest and transparent about every procedure including the outcome , outlining downtimes if any, and what will or won’t suit your skin . There is never any pressure whatsoever and I have often suggested a certain treatment and he has told me I don’t need it . This type of honesty is rare in a world of “sales pitch “ .
Treatments are carried out with great care and precision ,from the initial consultation , the treatment itself and the combined aftercare and support . I have always felt comfortable throughout.
I’m more than happy with the glowing natural results and am complemented regularly on my skin . I would have no hesitation recommending Dr Kent to anyone considering aesthetic treatments as his knowledge in this field is second to none . .
