I can’t recommend dentist Anita and dental nurse Janice enough. They are both so kind, patient, and caring at every appointment. They know how nervous I get, and they always give me time to stop, relax, and reassure me whenever I need it. They are brilliant at distracting you and making you feel comfortable throughout the whole treatment.
I recently had a deep filling done and was dreading the injection wearing off afterwards, but hand on heart, I honestly wouldn’t have even known I had anything done. Anita is by far the best dentist out there, and Janice alongside her makes such an amazing team.
I also have to mention the lovely Nora and Brenda on reception, who always reassure me when making my next appointment. They are an absolute joy to meet when you walk in the door.
10/10 from me — such a caring and professional team.
I hadn’t been to a dentist in well over a decade due to a traumatic experience I had when I lived in Canada. I recently worked up the courage and made an appointment at Dental Care Ireland Tuam, and had an exam with Dr Burke. Without knowing my situation or that I was a nervous patient, he made me feel comfortable by explaining everything he was doing, I didn’t feel judged and wasn’t given out to by the state of my mouth. He was clear and to the point. Turns out I have gum disease, and have had 4 Periodontal Treatment appointments since with Olivia. She has helped me a lot and it’s made me stop dreading the dentist, she’s always making sure I’m comfortable, and again not feel bad in any way for my years of neglect, only offering encouragement and advice to do better moving forward.
If Olivia’s boss is reading this she should get a pay raise for being awesome.
Also like to say the receptionists are all amazing too. Highly recommend this practice!
I brought my 11 year old son for a general check -up.. he was very nervous but Dentist Maria was so kind to him and explained what she was going to do. He actually said it was relaxing.
Horrible company! I sent an email to have 2 extractions and a panoramic. I got no answer. Two days later, I called. My email was in the spam folder (they don't check it). They wanted to book me only for a visit, no extraction, those needed to be "evaluated" on the day of the visit to book another appointment (who cares if I'm in pain?). On top of that, I was told that they will NOT do the panoramic unless it is prescribed by a member of the Dental Council of Ireland. Basically, they try to block people from going abroad for dental implants, barring access to panoramic X-rays. Terrible people. Stay away.

Dental care ireland tuam give very good care to there patients I am very happy with all treatments I have received. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and explain everything clearly so the best treatments is given.
A pleasant atmosphere starts with the reception, very nice girls. Professional doctors. Fast, high-quality and even if you do not speak English perfectly you will always be understood. Thank you for your work .
