Absolutely brilliant session with Jason! Best money I ever spent, sessions are well organised. I got an online recording and it was absolutely brilliant. Jason is very consider and helpful really help me deal with my struggle. I could recommend a sesson with jsson highly enough. Best money spend!!

Thank you Jason. I’ve had a fear of flying for over 15 years. 3 sessions and I was on my first flight in nearly 10 years. Jason is fantastic to work with, very accommodating and puts you at ease straight an away with his calm and friendly demeanour.

Incredible power Jason has. As a chain smoker after this morning’s session I have not smoked. Feeling strong and Jason offers after support. I went deep into a trigger point that I know will. Stop me smoking. Highly recommended

I purchased the stop smoking back in 2021. You can listen to this in the comfort of your own home. The session lasts about 48 minutes. But we'll worth it. Id no cravings after the session. Obviously you need to want to give up but the session definitely helped me.

We bring our daughter Carín to D4 Psychology and Hypnotherapy Clinic about once a year when her anxiety becomes overwhelming, particularly anxiety linked to her misophonia and autism. Each time, the support she receives has been incredibly helpful. Jason is exceptional with children, especially those with additional needs. He immediately understood Carín and adapted his approach in a way that made her feel safe, seen, and comfortable. What could easily have felt like an intimidating clinical environment was instead warm, calm, and welcoming. Jason makes the sessions engaging and gentle, never overwhelming, which is so important for a child with sensory sensitivities. After the in-person session, he records a personalised hypnosis track for Carín to listen to at night. This has been hugely beneficial in reducing her anxiety levels and supporting her during difficult periods, including helping her get back into school when things feel unmanageable. We have found Jason’s approach both compassionate and practical, and we highly recommend him to families looking for support with anxiety, misophonia, or autism-related challenges.
