Had a surgery done here last week. Could not fault it the best place I could have been in. The doctors nurses and the surgeons were absolutely amazing people. So comforting and pleasant. Would recommend anyone to be sent to the bons as wouldn’t find better anywhere else.

I was admitted recently for CT Scan & Colonoscopy..I cannot thank the doctors & nurses for the their wonderful care & kindness towards me, in particular the Surgeon who performed the Colonoscopy, who was excellent!! I have been there as a patient a few times & I always come away very happy with all of the services & the wonderful staff..long may it continue!! A very Sincere Thank You to all !! My GP sent a referral to one of the consultanti at Bon Secours Hospital in Cork, I have rang to check on my appointment when I was told that if I don't have private insurance they cant see me, not even if I pay full price for there services. This should not happen. The doctors and the private insurers are hand in hand, its a win/win situation for them but not for us who are willing to pay for medical treatment but not for insurance.

Admitted here for an emergency procedure, will forever be grateful to the amazing staff who made a scary time nicer than it should have been. Top class treatment, surgeons, doctors, nurses, porters, catering. Thank you all, I will never forget your kindness ❤️

Partner went for a daycare procedure recently. Staff are 5/5 perfect. Gives a sense of up most professionals and care for the patient. Waiting time ain't great, parking cost is a little spicy, but overall, great experience.

I think hospital is very under staffed. Nurses so over worked. My father was unfortunate to spend his last days here under end of life care. Bons are certainly not equipped for end of life care. Very distressing for family . Left at night on our own , totally out of our depth. Horrible experience.

Went for a last minute procedure which I was quite worried about but the lovely receptionist in the Radiology department, Katrina G was more than I could have wished for. She really helped me relax before anything I needed to get done and helped take my mind off it and calm the nerves by talking to me. She was so supportive and was one of the friendliest person I’ve ever met. Thank you Katrina for your great service and mental support to patients.
