Two months after GP referral and still haven’t got a date for appointment, and this is private clinic. Their phone was never picked up though I called at the very specific time when they said the phone was watched. Avoid this private clinic. You are wasting patient’s time and life.

For staffs they have a big car cark but for patients they have a small parking space. And this public parking is always full no matter what time you are coming to the clinic. And the parking management is going around every 10 minutes to clamp the cars and getting money. It's a cheap technique of getting money out of the people. It's a very very bad service for the private clinics. I won't recommend any patients in Beaumont Private Clinics for this parking problems.

This is for the receptionist as they don't answer the phone to busy chatting which iv seen. Also when checking in for an appointment they never notified the dr so left waiting over hour, till I went to drs receptionist and said I was there. She apologised but it wasn't her fault.

Arrived 15mins prior to my appointment, checked in at reception, girl on reception did not hit the button on the system and was awaiting 3 n half hours with no communication. Tried blaming myself first for not checking in ( lie ) den blamed a new staff remember, den said our system crashed. 3 different excuses. Not my fault, very clearly a staffing issue. Will be taken this matter to Senior Management and beyond.

had a consultation with Dr Lefter, before the visit I was told that the price is 280e, this was confirmed by the doctor during the visit. seemed a bit excessive for a 15 min talk, but I agreed anyway and wanted to pay straight away, but I was refused and told to wait with payment until secretary contacts me. about two weeks later I receive invoice for 330e. I called the clinic and explained the situation, was answered with 'cool story, now pay 330:)'. highly recommend if you have urge to be scammed.
