I attended this clinic for a routine scale and polish and unfortunately I was not happy with the service.
The treatment felt rushed and I did not feel it was carried out properly. I raised my concerns at reception straight after the appointment. The staff were polite and apologised, however I was still charged €110.
I was offered a follow-up appointment in 3 months, but I don’t feel this properly addresses the issue with the initial treatment.
I would appreciate it if the clinic could review my case and provide a suitable resolution, such as a refund or an earlier corrective appointment.
I hope this feedback is taken on board to improve patient care and service quality.
Always kind and attentive at every visit, to myself and my husband. Never any problem getting an appointment for any emergency that may occur between regular check-ups.
The staff were very professional and friendly, and the treatment was explained clearly. I felt well looked after and very satisfied with the overall experience.
