Since joining Arlington medical centre years back,I can only say,hand on my heartth staff,from front of hse,to Doctors upstairs Are excellent. Helpful ,kind ect. Nothing is 2 much for them. Well done you all. Keep up the good work.

Without acception the following staff members operating front of House at Arlington Medical Centre are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too difficult for them as is a testament to their exceptional Customer Service. My experience has always been very positive either on the phone or person to person. These ladies are Molly;Claire;Teresa and Marie. And, always in my praises are Nurses Sinead;Linda and Jamie. Always very caring and sensitive to whatever might be an issue for their patient. And certainly all of the doctors at Arlington House Medical Centre are second to none. Their expertise is always in demand but you as a patient are always welcomed with a smile. Overall this medical practice offers a first class professional service from front of house right through to the nurses and doctors.

I have been attending this practice for a few years and have been very happy with the service it offers. When I compare my experience with Ardington house medical centre with that of friends attending other practices I realise how good the service is here with very good doctors with a great attitude to health management; same with the nurses. I am also always amazed at how quick the office staff is at getting back to you by email or phone call. A great medical practice overall.

Myself and my husband were ill during this month. Arlington House practice were outstanding in their support and kindness to both of us. We would like to thank Dr. O'Mahony in particular and also Marie and Agniesgza who emailed reports to us almost when the hospital suggested it. Many thanks to all - we appreciate it Michael and Noreen O'Grady

My elderly father went to visit Dr Allers. She made him feel heard and was so kind towards him. He still talks about her and his whole demeanor is more positive since he went to see her. Great doctor, brilliant facility.

My whole family has been coming to this practice for the past 18 years. The doctors are very good and receptionists are also very helpful and kind. Ms Agnieszka is very kind helpful and respectful when it comes to getting an appointment or any help from reception as are many of them. Highly recommend.

I find Arlington House Medical excellent and have recommended it to family & friends. I have visited two Dr's at the practice, both were professional and very knowledgeable. I havn't had this experience at any other Dr in Oranmore. There are extended wait times, however they are very busy.

The treatment I got in this surgery was far below good standard. There was no compassionate attitude, the doctors have no bedside manners, female doctor was very snappy with my child and every appointment felt rushed. The secretaries need to brush on their reception skills and should stop behaving like medical proffessionals and want to know everything. Some things are private which I would like to discuss only with my doctor and not someone who likes to feel important. Their tone and attitude was most of the time very condensending,like they were doing me a huge favour to book an appointment. We switched to a different surgery and are much happier there.
