They called me and we scheduled my MRI for 19:15 PM on Friday. The appointment was confirmed via text message. The next day, I received a message saying the appointment was now at 19:20 PM. On the day of the appointment, I received a call saying it was canceled and I had to come at 4:30 PM. When I explained I was at work and couldn't, they asked when I finished. I said 6 PM. They told me to come anytime after 6 PM. I've been here since 6 PM and it's now 7 PM, and my name hasn't been called yet. Four people who arrived after me were called, and I'm still waiting. I hope they will respect appointment times in the future because people have other commitments.
This Affidea is fantastic. I was met with the height of professionalism here by all staff, particularly Brenda and Issac.
The process was thoroughly explained to me by Brenda, she provided me with education, kindness and care, and upheld my dignity throughout the process. This is what healthcare professionals should strive for.
The building is also very spacious and clean.
Great central location. No queues. Team very professional, reassuring and knowledgeable.
1 hr parking available for free at Aldi next door. Street Parking also available for €2 for 2 hours. Buy parking ticket from local shops or hotels.
Would recommend Jury's inn if you need an overnight stay which is 5 minute stroll away.
Told me they provided the radiologist with the previous images of my exam to get a comparison on the evolution of my pathology (key to the analysis), I asked the team of secretary TWICE if they were SURE they sent the images to the radiologist, they told me yes and acted almost annoyed. Spoiler : they did not provide the images, they did not do what they told me they did.
if I could I will give 0 stars . my son broke his finger 2 weeks ago at that time treatment cost almost €300 ( x ray + professional taping of 2 fingers together ) 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️we were asked to com for consultation after 2 weeks -so we did - we were waiting 2 hours to get this consultation that took 3 minutes and sost €150 . this is ripoff. doctor asked my son to close and open his fist and asked those he feel the pain . - that was the end of visit -€150 - it is a JOKE🧐
