I’ve now had 3 sessions with Zap Laser Bristol and I can already see such a huge difference in my tattoo — it’s fading so much faster than I expected!
Georgia is absolutely wonderful. She always makes you feel completely at ease right from the start. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers any questions, and makes what can feel like a daunting process so much easier. She was also so helpful and reassuring with advice too.
The whole clinic feels professional, clean and welcoming, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re thinking about laser removal, I 100% recommend Zap Laser Bristol — great results and great people!
Just finished my third and final round of tattoo laser removal with Georgia. Couldn't be happier with the results. Can't fault anything about zapp laser studio, from the first consultation I had right up to the last treatment the whole process has been so easy. Can't speak highly enough of Georgia either she's been awesome from start to finish, put my mind at ease and any worries I had were put to bed straight away. Rest assured if like me you got rubbish tattoos when you were younger, its not the end of the world and If your wanting to get rid and start again would recommend Zapp and Georgia to anyone 👌

Easy to book, staff were great, especially as I have had a negative experience with laser hair removal previously. They were reassuring, talked me through the process, which was then quick and painless. Went in for a test patch which has already seen amazing results and looking forward to my next session with Georgia.

Very professional studio, staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Everything explained very well and they are always happy to help and answer any Qs. Georgia was very lovely and made me feel very comfortable. For quite a painful placement the treatment was fast and not too painful.
