I recently visited this health centre for my offshore medical, and I was very impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The medical examination was thorough, efficient, and everything was explained clearly. The clinic was clean, well organised, and I was seen on time. We were extremely impressed with the service we received throughout our appointments. Both doctors we saw were highly professional, thorough, and took the time to ensure everything was completed properly.
The radiographers we saw were also excellent—professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and a real credit to the company. They helped put us at ease and made the process as comfortable as possible.
The only negative feedback we would give relates to the length of time the medicals took. We were at the consulting rooms for over three hours, which was much longer than we had anticipated. Had we been advised beforehand to allow this amount of time, it likely wouldn’t have felt like a negative aspect of the experience.
Our appointment emails advised us to arrive 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment times; however, we were not seen until around 20 minutes after our allotted times. Aside from this delay, all members of staff were excellent, and the care and professionalism we received were of a very high standard.
I recently attended my ENG1 medical appointment and had a very positive experience. The entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived.

I completed my visa medicals at YEHS yesterday. The experience was excellent and staff were very kind, helpful and supportive. A special shout out to Dr.Kay - he was very kind and engaged well throughout, he cleared all our queries and did the examinations very well. Had a great experience here doing my medical for my working holiday visa for Australia! Had my medical with Maria who was very lovely. I had my x-ray with a man who I’m not sure the name of but he was also great!
I would note that there are two buildings for testing and my first test was at 23 Harley Street in the basement, and my X-ray at 25 Harley Street on the ground floor.
Also online it said the tests would take 30 minutes but due to the waiting in between the two, it took about an hour. So I would make sure you have enough time!
