Our experience with this GP surgery has been excellent. Appointments are well organised and are usually on time, which is greatly appreciated. The doctors and staff take concerns seriously, and referrals are made promptly when needed, giving us confidence that patients receive the right care without unnecessary delays.
I would especially like to thank one member of staff, Nurse Tahira who has been outstanding in the care they provide to my dad. She is always kind, patient, and compassionate, taking the time to listen carefully to his concerns and reassuring him throughout every interaction. Her professionalism, empathy, and genuine care make a real difference, and we are incredibly grateful for the support she has given our family.

Tahera Patel has been looking after me for a long time, and I always feel well cared for. She is calm, kind, and professional, which makes every appointment comfortable. I only trust her to do my blood tests because she is so gentle and skilled. I highly recommend Tahera to anyone looking for excellent care.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I was seen promptly, and the doctor took the time to listen carefully to my concerns without rushing me. The diagnosis was clear, the treatment plan was explained thoroughly, and I left feeling confident and well looked after.
The practice is clean, modern, and well-organised. Booking appointments has been straightforward, whether online or by phone, and the follow-up care has been excellent.

I’ve been with the practice for 4 years and they’re great. Most recently I called reception due to falling ill and having to cancel a holiday. I was taken through a series of questions by the EMMA AI receptionist which were very thorough. After that I was directed to the relevant doctor that day and given very good and quick support as needed. All the doctors, receptionist, nurses in the practice are lovely and very helpful.
I am really happy that I've changed my medical practice to this one. It's really big, has plenty of free spots for appointments and a very good service, They do their own blood tests, which saves sooo much time. My GP, Dr. Christopher Buckmaster, is simply the best.
I've had several appointments with Medical Assistant, Tahera Patel at Woodgrange Medical Practice. She has been absolutely brilliant every time. She is always very informative, caring and calming.
