Navigating healthcare can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team here makes the entire process so much easier. The reception staff are incredibly helpful, patient, and always do their absolute best to accommodate requests.

As a younger doctor, his level of expertise, dedication, and deep professional knowledge is profoundly impressive. He truly knows exactly what he is doing. He did something so rare and beautiful these days: he gave me his undivided time, looked at me warmly, and listened to me with genuine care and empathy. I never felt rushed for a single second. He thoroughly investigated my problem from every angle, arranged the necessary medical tests for me, and kindly asked me to come back for a follow-up appointment to check on everything.

I went in to the surgery and I was treated with curtsey and respect. All the staff make it clear that they care despite when the surgery was busy. They all kept calm and made me feel I am being looked after. Even after I saw Dr Steinberg, a receptionist asked me how my time went with the doctor. Dr Steinberg listened to me. He explained what I needed to know and showed his empathy towards my situation. Thank you all at Westbury Surgery.
Westbury Medical Centre, is a centre you are sure to find care, understanding and peace of mind. The staff, are kind and willing to guide you through your concerns. They take time to make sure your needs for medical attention is defined with your overall well being. They are sincere in all they offer and nothing less. You walk in and leave feeling your concerns have been addressed.
I’ve had nothing but problems with this surgery. The reception staff make you feel like you’re a nuisance just for calling. The attitude is AWFUL, they act like they’ve got more authority than they actually do, and it’s just not professional.
Trying to get an appointment when you actually need one is a NIGHTMARE. You’re usually waiting at least a month, which is ridiculous when it comes to your health. On top of that, you constantly have to chase them for referrals, test results, or updates from other clinics. If you don’t stay on top of it yourself, nothing happens and things just get left.
It’s not just frustrating, it’s had a real impact. Dealing with this place has been so bad it’s left my partner in tears multiple times. That shouldn’t be happening when you’re just trying to get medical help.
Few days ago, I requested a face to face appointment. One of the associated physicians gave me a link to a physiotherapist since I’ve been waiting for as long as one year… it was also very good to find out that in this surgery there are lots of services… one of them is the physiotherapy. I’ve been coming here for decades and It is getting bigger better and friendlier..
