Everyone at WHMC is incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The reception team always goes above and beyond to find an appointment that works best for me, and they are always friendly and welcoming. Really impressed by the level of care I experienced at West Hampstead Medical centre today. I called up and was able to get an appointment that same morning. I always try to book my appointment with Stelina Novruzaj whenever I need to see a doctor. She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable, and she always takes the time to listen carefully. At the same time, she is incredibly kind and has a very gentle approach that immediately puts you at ease.
She explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and well cared for during the appointment. It is reassuring to know that you are in such capable and compassionate hands. I truly appreciate her dedication and the quality of care she provides.
I've been a patient for several years. All clinicians are super nice and helpful. They are always kind and trying their best to support patients. However the receptionists are always terrible both in person and on the phone. How come most of them are invariably rude, unfriendly and annoyed for nothing? I asked a couple of questions on my medication or my appt and they were like I don't know. They don't know what to do and I can't see clinicians before I speak to them then where should I ask for help?
I am very happy with the services provided by WHMC especially with PA Stelina Novruzaj. She is always ready to listen to her patients and to provide thorough check ups which I haven’t experienced with other physicians before. You can book appointments easily and you don’t need to wait long before they offer you an appointment.
I wouldn’t change this centre with another one.
Very happy with my experience so far. Same day GP appointments, always, and all Doctors who have seen me so far have been very caring and lovely. Dr M Sami was very professional and detailed in taking my current history. She took time to discuss my complaints and to explain the plan of action. The visit was very satisfactory for me.
I visited the gp this morning and Dr. Kawther Raji is great and seen my child and followed up well. Not experienced this before. She is lovely and kind and very gentIe with kids. I have checked the list on the wall and she is not salaried dr but she should def be here for permenant.
