I've been a Specsaver customer for over 10 years, and just decided to try Vision Express on the off chance, as they have a bigger shop and I was hoping to have a wider choice of glasses.
They did have a wider choice, but this wasn't all. . .
Their customer service is second to none. I've never had such time, care and attention spent on my eyes as I had in Vision Express on Chiswick High Road.
The lady who helped me first was so knowledgeable and helpful, recommending options for my glasses that I didn't even know were possible. I need middle and close detail vision for my work and now have glasses that work with precision - for me.
I met an excellent contact lense specialist Nik Taleski, careful, considerate, precise and just brilliant at his job. I have tricky eyes when it comes to fitting the lenses and haven't been able to find a solution in the past, but Nik took his time and the results feel life changing. I now have the option to wear lenses or glasses, depending on how I feel.
I can't fault the team at Vision Express in Chiswick. I've been converted,. I realise it is definitely worth spending a bit more on my eyes for such amazing 1-2-1 care and service.

My partner and I both purchased one pair of glasses each, and from start to finish the whole process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Miss Saloni was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout. She really took the time to understand what suited us best, offering honest advice without any pressure, which made a big difference.
I’d also like to highlight the store manager, whose friendly and welcoming approach set the tone from the moment we walked in. It’s clear the team is well-led and genuinely cares about customer experience.

Visited this branch yesterday for my eye test, staff were professional and knowledgeable. Jonalyn assisted in one of my tests she also helped me decide on glasses. She was professional yet charming, an asset to the team. Happy with my visit, would recommend coming here for your eye care.
I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude to the manager and staff at the Chiswick branch for Vision express. They have always been so kind accommodating and attentive to every one of my needs regarding my vision and they have found a client for life. Absolutely outstanding service 100/10 !!!
I visited the store with my 5-year-old after it was recommended to me, and my experience was quite mixed.
When we first arrived, the store manager, Sahil, was very disappointing. He avoided eye contact and repeatedly turned his back to me whenever the sales assistant asked him for advice. When I tried to speak to him directly, I was ignored, which made me feel unwelcome and close to leaving.
However, the rest of the team completely turned the experience around. Marwa was incredibly helpful and especially great with my child, making us feel comfortable and supported. Qais, Adnan, and another lovely team member (whose name I didn’t catch) were also fantastic.
I initially planned to leave a low rating due to the poor first impression, but the excellent service from the rest of the team made a big difference
I am terrified of having my eyes touched, looked at or examined, so I was very hesitant to go to the optometrist. I hadn't been for over 30 years, as I was lucky enough to have perfect vision until my fifties.
The Vision Express team were amazing From the exam itself to choosing frames and lenses to making it affordable and great value for money, they out did themselves at every turn! I couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend to anyone who needs just a check up or needs to find a new optometrist to visit their High Road branch! Top notch!
Chose this place for an eye test with my workplace voucher. The doctor seeing me was great, but little did I know before coming here that the management decided not to close the place while it was in a full blown renovation. Smell of building materials, builders walking through all the time, just trying to do their work, like it’s a bloody silk road, no proper waiting area, noisy saws and its colder than outside because they have to keep doors open, I can see the poor staff are freezing. Absolute disrespect to the clients, contractors and staff. Will never visit again.
I went to Vision Express in Chiswick on Saturday last week to get prescription glasses the young Lady who help me was very helpful and knowledgeable she was very patient as I have high cheek bones not all glasses suit me.
I picked them up today and the Lady hand them over to me without checking if they fitted well, I was on crutches so not very mobile, when I tried them on at home I realise that they are loose, I cannot come back to have them fitted so I now have to go to boots where I have my eyes tested for them to tighten them!! Not great !! Very disappointing.
