I am so grateful that my doctor's surgery has a menopause specialist who listens to your personal experience and who works with you to reduce symptoms and find a treatment plan that works for you. I've had blood tests taken to monitor my hormone levels and to keep me safe. Having this level of support that matches current thinking on menopause delivered through the NHS has been fantastic.
I’ve been a patient at UVMP since I moved to the city centre 12 years ago and I have nothing but praise for the practice. From the medical staff to the administrative staff I have always had a positive experience. I had major surgery at MRI about six years ago and the follow up care from all at UVMP was exemplary. I am in rude health again now, thankfully, but if I ever need an appointment or even advice administrative and medical staff couldn’t be more helpful. Very positive experience overall.

Recently I have seen my doctor, Dr Ali, Who I found to be excellent and efficient. I have had my tests taken many times by Ms Pearson who is also excellent, and I have had interactions with Ms Ahmed, who was also excellent. No complaints here

I was a patient at this surgery for 15 years. Everyone from receptionists to the doctors were always so helpful and accommodating. I am leaving this surgery with a heavy heart as I think there cannot be a better surgery than this one. Highly recommended by me.
