Therapie clinic is amazing. I had my laser hair removal with them before and doing it again this year. I was honestly so nervous as I added a new session (😉), but Jeliza(laser technician) made me feel completely safe and comfortable from the second I walked in. She’s professional, kind, and makes the whole process way less awkward than you’d expect. I’m definitely booking my next session with her again.

Firstly, I arrived early and I was sat down. The consultant told me that she was awaiting her previous customer but they had not arrived and then decided to see me earlier - so that was great. Secondly, the actual procedure was fine, very quick and all good. The consultant was really good at offering advice, listening to my questions and doing her best to make sure that I knew what to do. Thirdly when I was buying the aftercare cream I spoke with the manager at reception and another consultant just chatting and had the nicest chat as they were really lovely people. They complimented my skin and asked what I did to get it so good and it made me feel really special. I had a great time and would recommend.
Amani was very friendly and professional. I am very satisfied with their treatment so far!
Edit: I'm now session 5 and very happy with the service so far. Manjula is so nice and kind, and I keep booking her as a provider. Highly recommend to book her if you can!
