Amazingl first visit and I’m honestly so glad I went. I wasn’t sure what the experience would be like, but everything felt smooth and professional from the moment I arrived. The reception team were kind and helpful, and the clinic looked spotless and well organised. Nicola took care of my treatment — she was very knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel relaxed throughout. I had a skin peeling treatment and she explained each step before doing it, which I really appreciated. The whole appointment felt comfortable and well handled. I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Thérapie Clinic to others. Thank you!
Have had laser before but was using a clinic over in Leeds based on a reconnection.
Found your clinic online and after doing some research and reading the reviews, I decided to book in.
The initial consultation was carried out and the lady who did it was super friendly and put my mind at ease. I booked an appointment for a treatment then and there.
On the day of my first treatment the clinic was super busy but Charlotte was so lovely, explaining how the procedure would work, what to expect and the after care that would be required.
The treatment was fantastic, did not hurt at all, and was over relatively quickly.
Overall a fantastic first time experience, looking forward to my next treatment.
I was greeted by lovely lady on reception he was very friendly. I was very quickly signed in and asked to wait around the corner for my treatment. My treatment was very efficient and not painful, any nerves I felt were calmed. I was explained the after-care routine and booked in for my two week top up. Overall, my first experience of Botox anywhere was painless, seamless and I will definitely be back!
I had my laser session today with Abby, and she was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process. I felt a bit uncomfortable asking questions, but she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly. What I appreciated most was that she never rushed — she consistently checked in with me, asked if I was okay, and made sure I wasn’t in pain. Her care and attention genuinely made a difference. I had an excellent first experience with Laura as my laser hair removal technician. From the very first session, she made me feel completely comfortable and well-informed about the process. She took the time to explain how the treatment works, what results to expect, and how to properly care for my skin afterward.
Laura is highly professional and clearly very experienced. She pays great attention to detail and always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable during the process. She maintains a very clean and hygienic workspace, which gave me a lot of confidence.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Therapie to anyone considering laser hair removal.
10/10 experience all around. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by 2 lovely reception ladies. I got seated and then was called in by Jamie. He was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional but we still had a laugh a joke around. Made me feel so at ease! During my consultation he recommended what was best for me to get and we went ahead with it. I am so happy with how my experience was.
Amazing service & great results after just two sessions… I’ve had two laser sessions so far with Joss and am delighted with the results so far. There’s been a huge reduction in hair already and Joss made me feel so at ease during both treatments. She’s lovely - really warm and welcoming which was great as I was a little nervous at 1st but she’s been so friendly & professional, I almost forgot I was having the treatment done! I’m looking forwards to my next appointment with her and to see the results continue… I find it’s nearly pain free and is super quick - honestly I sooo wish I’d done it years ago! If you’re hesitant then all I can say is go for it! You won’t regret it!
I have just had my first appointment, and it was an incredible experience with Jocelyn.
From the consultation with Charlotte to the actual appointment with Jocelyn, everything was seamless. Any nerves I had beforehand vanished instantly, as both Charlotte and Jocelyn explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease. I was very happy with the overall experience and looking forward to my next appointment.
