The aesthetician did not appear confident throughout the appointment. She repeatedly asked me where I thought the filler should be placed, which I found very concerning. As a client with no professional knowledge of cosmetic injectables, I would expect the practitioner to assess my face, listen to the results I wanted, and use their expertise to determine the appropriate treatment plan. I don’t believe it is appropriate to ask a client, “Where do you think the filler should go?”
I paid £250 for 1ml of filler, and unfortunately the overall experience did not meet my expectations. I left feeling disappointed and lacking confidence in the treatment I received. Based on my experience, I will not be returning for filler treatments.
I also raised my concerns with the staff at the front desk, but I felt completely dismissed. When I explained that my experience had not been good, the only response I received was, “Oh,” and nothing further. There was no attempt to address my concerns, apologise, or offer a resolution.
This was at the Ealing Broadway clinic, and I found the level of customer service to be very unprofessional. Given the nature of my complaint, I was surprised that a manager was not asked to come and speak with me. I would have expected my concerns to be taken seriously rather than ignored.
I actually want a refund.
Daariya was my laser technician, she talked me through the appointment with plenty of information, providing descriptive and informative advice consistently throughout. With it being my first full body laser session, she made sure that I was comfortable at all times, from adjusting the temperature in the room, to making sure the pain level was tolerable for me at all times. She was an absolute sweetheart. Prior to this, I had my initial consultation with Weronika, who I think definitely won me over with her gorgeous attitude and professionalism from the start. She spoke very highly of the company and how much she thoroughly enjoys working for Therapie. A happy employee, makes work places thrive and it was glowing on her face. She was super informative and helped talk me through each stage and what to expect. She also helped me with my payment plan options and was professional throughout. Highly recommend! Lovely bunch of girls
I’ve had laser done before, but Athraa is honestly on another level. She’s so thorough, professional, and makes the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work.
She’s super sweet, makes you feel relaxed, and checks in properly throughout. The session was smooth, efficient, and I felt completely looked after

I had such a great experience with my laser hair removal session thanks to my therapist, Meheneet. She’s honestly one of the best I’ve had. She was really thorough, didn’t miss a single spot, and nothing felt rushed. She took her time and made sure everything was done properly.
She made me feel comfortable from the start and kept checking in throughout to make sure I was okay. If anything felt painful, she handled it really well and even offered a stress ball, which I really appreciated. I’ve had a few sessions before with other therapists and never had that level of care.
Compared to others I’ve had, who can feel rushed or not as detailed, Meheneet was the complete opposite. She was precise, attentive, and made sure every area was properly treated. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a good job and getting the best results.
She’s also very professional and respectful, and it’s clear she enjoys what she does. I would definitely recommend booking with her.
