Martha does my lasering sessions every 6 weeks and she absolutely amazing. Every time i feel so comfortable and calm, which is exactly what I needed as this is my first time doing laser. Not to mention the lovely grace who is always so warm and welcoming, when I need to book my next appointment. Therapie clinic is so professional yet amazingly friendly. I would 100% recommend them for any treatments or lasering you need done - they are AMAZING! 💜

I’ve just had my second laser hair removal appointment with Daniele in Bath, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience! Daniele is absolutely amazing — so professional, welcoming, and reassuring from start to finish. She instantly makes you feel at ease, which is so important to me and takes the time to explain everything clearly so you feel completely comfortable and confident. Her calm and friendly approach, combined with her attention to detail is second to none. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants the best results for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daniele to anyone considering laser hair removal — such a lovely experience every time!

I had my first laser hair removal session with Paige. I felt comfortable and it was over and done with before I knew it. Thank you for making it an easy experience and I am now feeling more confident for my other sessions.

Overall a positive experience for laser hair removal. The only negative was trying to push sale of expensive aftercare, a little mean when I was already nervous about the procedure. Should be added to package so that people can budget up front if it's that important. A quick Google told me that basic creams/aloe gel are perfectly adequate. Having said that, the therapist was lovely, explained everything and was very thorough. It was quick and over in no time. I will be recommending to friends and family and am happy I bought 10 sessions.

Dr Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain each steps with realistic results. I trust his guidance and expertise & he’s a really nice person. I love this place, I've been coming here regularly for my laser hair removal for quite a while now. Very professional, very friendly, helpful staff. The therapists are always happy to talk through any concerns and offer great advice. Definately the most effective treatment for laser hair removal I ever had! Wish I started going to the bath therapy clinic sooner!

I have had a great experience with my laser treatment here. Martha is lovely, she is friendly, considerate and professional which definitely made those sessions feel even more comfortable. She took the time to explain the process clearly and talks me through the next steps, which I really appreciated.
