I am very happy with my local GP practice. The staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful. My wife has a language barrier, but there is a Kurdish lady working at the reception who is absolutely amazing. She always helps my wife with translation and makes her feel comfortable and understood. The doctors are also very helpful, caring, and friendly. We have had a great experience with this practice and would highly recommend it to others.

I’ve had a very positive experience with this GP practice. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional, which makes a big difference when you’re not feeling your best. The doctors take the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly, so you never feel rushed or overlooked. Appointments are well organised, and the reception team are helpful and efficient when booking or answering queries. Overall, the level of care and attention here is excellent, and I feel confident and well looked after. I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I recently joined this practice and felt compelled to leave a review after the exceptional care I received from Dr. Bishop. From the moment of my appointment, Dr. Bishop went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a doctor. The level of attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine compassion shown towards me was truly remarkable. It is rare to come across a GP who makes you feel so heard, supported, and valued as a patient. I left the appointment feeling reassured and confident that I am in very capable hands. So far, my experience with this practice has been nothing short of excellent. I am incredibly pleased and genuinely happy to have registered here. My recent experience has been second to none. I was referred for a walk-in x-ray and was called by the GP within 3 hours. I was then sent for bloods and an ultrasound scan. The scan appointment came through promptly and the surgery called me the next day with my blood results. Thank you

They prefer to do everything via accuRx and it’s very difficult to be able to speak to anyone on the phone. I was told to go to A&E for a problem that GP should have been able to handle, and was , to no surprise, told the same by a very exhausted A&E doctor after I went. As a previous reviewer mentioned it does seem certain patients are favoured over others.

The nurse who did my blood test today has been doing it since I ve joined willows which is more than 4 years. I can’t be thankful enough to her for her amazing excellence in making my blood test experience very smooth. Every time I do it with her I don’t even feel anything. She has very professional and caring hands for patients I can assure. Her name is Lisa .

In recent months, I have been very impressed with the accessibility of appointments & general efficiency at The Willows Medical Practice, particularly in terms of response times. In some instances, my e-consult requests have been responded to within minutes. I spoke with Mr Vishal Narad today who was very helpful & informative, clearly answering all of my questions. I recently had a blood test here and I was very happy with the appointment. My results came back within just a day! The doctor talked through my results with me and was very helpful. I am always able to get an appointment very quickly with this gp and overall I am very happy and satisfied to be registered here.
