I can highly recommend The Tyburn for your cruise ship medicals. I have just completed mine which was a very smooth and easy process. I traveled down from Newcastle and it was easy to get to from Kings-cross station. The communication was excellent and they answered all my questions within minutes of sending an email. I had the medical on a Monday and I received my final medical documents on the Thursday. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Dr. Adam Hazell not only demonstrated great professionalism but is also highly detail-oriented and attentive, which made me feel completely safe and at ease throughout the process.
The procedure was very efficient, and my ENG1 medical certificate was issued immediately after the examination.
As a new graduate about to start my journey overseas, this level of efficiency and genuine care means a lot to me.

Amazing! When booking was super fast and the team was so helpful and friendly made the process so much easier! On arrival the reception team were great and really informative and then meeting the Doctor she made me feel at ease and comfortable, very informative and helpful any questions or concerns was more than happy to help, super kind and professional very happy with my medical that was done, and the receptionists and admin have been so quick and helpful and responding back and any concerns have been so good, very grateful for the way I was looked after by the whole team in person and via emails, couldn’t recommend this place enough! Couldn’t recommend this place more for any Cruise Line Medicals. The team are lovely and the results come in really fast. Alison is fabulous and will always support where she can as she has years of experience - and my consultation with Dr Pike was great, she made feel comfortable throughout. I’ll be back in 2 years time for sure.

From booking the appointment over the phone to receiving my paperwork, The Tyburn throughout my time with them has been nothing but easy and straightforward. All the paperwork that I needed to complete they already had ready for my appointment.
Overall experience was very positive I left my appointment feeling very confident and felt I had been given a great service.

2nd time using Tyburn Clinic & honestly it’s the best service hands down , I’ve had both my cruiseline medical exams done there one by Mr Hazel & one by Miss Pike and they both are so lovely and make the process so much easier , also the Manager receptionist Alison is amazing answering any questions and concerns I had. I will definitely continue to use them for as long as I need.
Another phantasmagorical experience at The Tyburn. Convivial communication from start to finish. No scary upfront fees whilst securing your booking. My ultimate go 2 clinic for my cruise line medicals. Will never use anywhere else thanks Alison and team!!!
