Had my first appointment with Jamie today and honestly couldn’t have felt more comfortable from the minute I walked in. I’ve been struggling with a lot of head pressure, jaw clenching/tension and tightness recently and he immediately put me at ease.
Really lovely guy, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and recommended what he genuinely felt was best for me rather than just doing what I’d originally booked in for.
Such a positive experience and I’ve already booked back in for next week. Would definitely recommend.
I went to Jamie with really bad heel pain. I was limping around and couldn't put my foot flat on the floor. I was suffering with a heel spur and plantar fascitis. My mum had been to Jamie a few years before for shockwave therapy for the same thing and highly recommended him to me. I am now pain free after 9 sessions and am over the moon. Jamie is such a nice fella and very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure going for my appointments!! Thanks so much Jamie! Lots of love Vicky x
I've had two sessions with Ben now and I'm already seeing a massive improvement! I've had issues with the right side of my hip for far too long, on the first session with Ben I felt at ease from the moment I walked in - he is calm, informative and very knowledgeable. Explaining everything in an easy to understand way, making a real effort to ensure I understood.
From initially assessing the area and determining the best course of action to help solve the issues I've been having, to following up to check on my progress - I'd highly recommend Ben at The Treatment Rooms.

Booking with the treatment table is an absolute must if you have any injuries, concerns or need any advice to manage your training / sports load. They have a wealth of experience and knowledge between them and are very professional!! Every time I see them I always come back with a pearl of knowledge I can bring back to my recovery or training. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Saw Jamie and so pleased I did. Been suffering with knee and hip pain for months Not been able to get out as I felt so unsteady and left knee gave way. Cant thank him enough for his care and professionalism. I feel much better and hopefully on the mend. Highly recommend him. You wont find anyone better than this physio. Thanks Jamie
First visit was with Jamie. I’m 4 months post ORIF and needed some extra support to get my ROM back in my ankle. Jamie assessed my needs using equipment and technology so that he could determine the right treatment. I’m very happy that he is able to use technology to monitor my progress after completing recommended exercises.

Very interesting seeing the scan of my knee. Durolane injection for my arthritis has been a game changer For me!
