During a telephone appointment consultation Dr. Farrah Azam was informative, reassuring, unhurried and eager to listen. Her explanations were simple and evidenced statistically where appropriate, encouraging patient questions and concerns. Previous discussions proved she is very well briefed, compassionate, empathetic and genuine. On-going care is obviously her priority.
The same observations apply to in-person consultations with the Practice Nurse Elaine who has a highly effective professional rapport with the GP's.
These comments may be appended to the personnel records of both Clinicians.
If assisted by Medical Records uploaded to Artificial Inteligence then the NHS would provide the Gold Standard in Personal and Mental Health Diagnostics, Prognosis and Care.
I owe the NHS for 17 years of extended life and life expectancy.
Dr Azam has provided me.with excellent care over the last few months. It has been so reassuring to be treated by a clinician who not only provides good medical resolution but also genuinely listens. It's made such a difference to what I've been going through to feel heard and to have a GP who accepts the anxiety and supports in every possible way.
I would recommend her to anyone looking for a GP, honestly out feels like back when we had family doctors that knew you.

I have been with the practice ~10 years and have always had a positive patient experience at the Delamere Medical Practice. Reception are always responsive to requests and appointments with staff are always thorough. I feel listened to and receive clear explanations, recommendations and any necessary follow-on care within reasonable timescales. Most recently, Dr Azam was very efficient during my appointment and managed to squeeze in a blood test when we realised it was ideal timing for one. This and saved me having to go for a separate appointment in a month's time and undoubtedly will have sped the process up. Dr Azam's care and pragmatism is much appreciated. My family have also had a great experience of care provided to our young daughter. Thank You to everyone at the practice for the care you give and for making our ongoing patient experience such a good one!
I am Mohammad Afshan. At my first visit with Dr Morton at Delaney Medical Practice 5 months ago after registration, I noticed he was knowledgeable, experienced, humble and caring. However, the PC wasn’t working, so despite my wish and hope, I unfortunately never saw him.
My second visit was yesterday. He demonstrated excellent clinical competence, communication, and humanistic qualities. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and showed genuine humility by listening to me. He was accurate in his diagnosis and gave me his full attention, listening actively to my concerns without rushing or dismissing me carelessly.
He clearly explained all medical procedures, risks, and benefits so I understood my options.
Overall, Dr Morton provided outstanding care and made me feel respected and heard.
Dr Morton has a teaching style that is educational and convincing, setting a good example for others. Beyond his clinical skills, he truly deserves recognition and praise.

The lady was absolutely brilliant. She was polite, efficient, organised and very professional. She diagnosed my issue very quickly. Did a thorough check up and left me feeling reassured. The staff at the Delamere medical practice have always been friendly, professional, and helpful. The doctors take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel comfortable during appointments. The reception team are polite and do their best to assist whenever needed. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience and appreciate the care and support provided by everyone at the practice.
Dr Morton White is very good. The only Dr I have seen at the Delamere for years who listened, cared and made a follow up appointment for me to see how my prescription medication was working. Old school Dr was fantastic.
