Excellent service. So easy to use rather than having to try and ring through in the morning. Pictures for proof really helps speed things along and medication was ready to be collected within 30 minutes…. Belting service .excellent doctors 👌🏻 fantastic alternative

The Brooke Surgery is an excellent GP practice. I have never had anything other than exceptional treatment. Response times are generally same day, however, they will prioritise treatment depending on your needs. If you select that you don’t feel it is urgent then they can prioritise those patients that are requiring more urgent care. I have always been treated with care and empathy, and my medical needs have always been attended to. All colleagues are friendly and professional, but most of all approachable. I have been with two other GP practices prior to the Brooke Surgery (who I have now been with for 6 years), and the Brooke Surgery, by far outshines the other practices in terms of efficiency in dealing with appointments. I would highly recommend the surgery to everyone.

I’ve found the service very helpful and convenient. Being able to access appointments online and speak to a doctor on the same day has made a big difference. The process is quick, efficient, and easy to use, and I really appreciate the support provided.

i made an inday app asking for phone consultation. i was contacted quickly with an appointment within the hr. i went to healthy Hyde on behalf of brook surgery and was diagnosed with an abscess behind my right tonsil and its getting bigger. Without causing panik i was informed to go to hospital immediately. Brook surgery and healthy hyde may have just saved my life x

I cannot believe just how fast and efficiently I was seen and treated. The service I received was absolutely fantastic. I went into the surgery at 10:30 Monday morning I got to see a doctor at 14:45 the same day. I was sent for a scan on Thursday of that same week, I finally got my results in just 7 more working days. So in summary from my first visit to diagnosis took just 13 working days 17 days in total. Thank you Brook Surgery

By far what used to be an excellent doctors is now a complete and utter shambles. They keep getting things wrong, takes an hour to get through on the phone and they won't take responsibility when things go wrong. Their practice manager ignores complaint emails too. 4 months waiting for a reply now. Gone elsewhere. Plus their stupid WhatsApp based triage system is a joke. You're giving your private medical information via an app to a company which uses it for AI training you can't opt out of and supporting Meta who owns WhatsApp supports misinformation and Genocide. Very happy elsewhere.

I cannot fault this surgery. I moved from another local surgery as the service went rapidly downhill during Covid and never recovered. I have complex health issues and the staff at the Brooke are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and make you feel listened to. They are so quick to respond, it has always been same day response for me. I saw Dr Farooq this morning. What a GP. I think I fell a little bit in love with him. It is obvious where the example is set for rest of the staff, who also go out of their way to make sure they listen to you. Exemplary staff and care.

I have been with Brooke Surgery for over 20 years and in that time I have always been treated kindly, efficiently and professionally. The GP’s and staff are friendly. I did struggle a bit with the new Chatgp system but I’m okay with it now, I do appreciate that I’ve always been replied to quickly and have also been treated quickly for whatever ailments I’ve had. Well done all at the Surgery
