I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you. Since I experienced an accident in April this year, I have been visiting your clinic frequently for treatment and recovery. During this period, I have received great care and support from everyone at the clinic, which has filled me with comfort and confidence.
I would especially like to thank Ms Vaessen and Beatrice, front desk receptionist Ema Khan, physiotherapists Hammed Iqra, as well as Dr. Shafei Azita, Dr. Moncada Claudia, and Mr. Sam Thomas. Every one of you has shown great professionalism, kindness, and patience in your work. Your thoughtful care and encouragement have made a real difference in my recovery journey.
I also want to thank the many other doctors and nurses whose names I may not know, but whose care and dedication I deeply appreciate. In addition, I would like to mention Dr. Bingham Stuart, who is also an excellent doctor. Although it has become more difficult to get an appointment with him now, I remain very grateful for his past help and guidance.
Overall, I want to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at this clinic. You have not only provided excellent medical care but also shown genuine compassion and humanity. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!

Arora got my daughter a last min appointment today which I’m very grateful for think you. Dr Marco is great when seeing my baby and always reassuring & understanding of my concerns as a first time mum. Beatrice is also great when it came to me seeing her PP when I faced some issues. My family all request to see her only! These two clinicians are holding this practice high
We had a very positive experience here for our child’s post-surgery recovery. Dr. Beatrice Vaessen was kind, caring, friendly, and professional, always taking the time to ensure that his recovery was going well. We are very pleased with the care and support we received and are grateful
I've had a wonderful experience with this practice so far. I went in with leg ulcers and unknown suspected auto immune issues. Beatrice started doing my dressing changes and was fabulous. She reffered me to a tissue viability nurse and I got in straight away. She also always made sure to book my next appointment for me before I left and was in communication with my doctor. Very helpful, friendly and genuinely cares about her patients.
My dr, dr Fieza has also been extremely helpful. She has made sure I was tested for a range of things and has made urgent refferals for me to dermatologist and rheumatologists. She is very caring and great at explaining what the results of my blood tests could mean. Very friendly people here 😇 Great experience so far 🙌
Zero star's if I could. Unlimited amount errors and issues. Double booking my wife appointments at hospital. 45 min wait min for pre-booked appointment in the practice. Calls to social services after U miss two appointments with them. Do not use this practice at all costs. If U have other options use them. Possibly the worst GP in the U.K.
The clinic staff are very helpful and approachable. Dr. Beatric always listens attentively and takes the time to understand my concerns, referring me to the appropriate department when needed. This level of care is reassuring and helps me feel calm and well supported.
Highly recommend Barkantine. Was able to get a prompt appointment with Dr Ali Ahmed-Shuaib who was just amazing. He took the time to walk me through my diagnosis in a really simplified manner, and explained everything to me in detail. Definitely goes above and beyond. Such a kind gentleman.
