Another excellent experience at the Syon Clinic - Imaging Department. The team (Julian, Raj, Dr. Mel and Razia) were calm, kind, and incredibly caring throughout my visit. Again, they made me feel comfortable, listened attentively, and looked after me with genuine empathy. Thank you Syon Clinic team for the outstanding care and professionalism, much appreciated.

I had an amazing experience when I went with my mother to this clinic. The clinic has outstanding staff members,they are always welcoming and very helpful. The receptionist name Moshi went above and beyond to help us,listens to my mum calmly, explained and answered all her questions and helped her ease all the stress. Excellent customer service like this makes huge difference,and the reception team truly are a credit to this clinic. Thank you for all your hard work, dedication and professionalism.

Everyone has been so friendly and lovely at Syon Clinic at both appointments. Firstly in my first appointment the lady in the hijab on reception and today the gentleman on reception were really friendly and helpful (apologies I don’t remember their names!). Upstairs I was met with Jennie (very friendly!) and then Ella who took care of me throughout. She knew I was nervous about needles and was stroking my arm throughout the procedure - it’s the small things that count! Dr Sinha has been incredible throughout. She really explains things to you in simple terms so you understand, and is so friendly and empathetic. It has been great coming to Syon Clinic, especially to Dr Sinha, and I would recommend her highly.

For a clinic charging premium rates, I expected far better attention to detail and internal processes. Having to repeatedly correct errors that should not have occurred in the first place is both frustrating and time consuming. Secondly, over the past three weeks and multiple appointments, I don’t believe I encountered a single friendly or welcoming reception team member. Interactions often felt offhand and lacking in basic customer service skills. The front of house staff would benefit from receiving training in professionalism, effective communication and courtesy. That said, I would like to emphasise that I am very happy with and grateful for the care I have received from the consultants. Their professionalism and expertise have been greatly appreciated.

Overall, very nice infrastructure and service offering. Having said that, the internal processes can be significantly improved. From having to check-in twice to get an MRI done (with appointment) to extremely long waiting times: I visited the clinic 3 times in the last month, and had to wait over 40mins past my scheduled time in 2 occations. I also requested the images from my MRI to be sent to me and after being asked to fill in a physical form twice, it's now been over 2.5 weeks and still haven't received the images.

I have been under Arslan’s care following my total knee replacement surgery, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his support. He is an excellent physiotherapist—professional, knowledgeable, and highly competent. His calm, well-mannered approach and reassuring nature has made a significant difference in my recovery.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Syon Clinic. It is clean and very professional, especially Mubasharah on reception was very thorough to explain the whole process and quite helpful when checking me in. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen. Much less stressful than going to an NHS hospital.

Nurse Pearl was is a very warm welcoming person and is very caring considerate. She has very professional manner and a smile on her face. I wasn't nervous at all for my blood test with her she made it very comfortable for me! Thanks 🙏
