Took my 3 year old in to be seen. To have two reception staff doing nothing tell me they are at full capacity. The whole place was empty with 0 patients waiting and they are open until 8pm. Clearly being paid to sit and do nothing.. and then they say A and E is burdened when walk in centres are turning patients away! Clearly no Doctors in!

I came here just for my dressing change. I told the receptionist that I'm taking time sensitive medicines, and need to consume the next dosage at 2pm. I came around 10:40am, but had to wait till 2pm, and that too without being given any services. The people who came after me, went inside, availed their services and went back, however I was kept in the waiting area. Even after requesting multiple times, the receptionist - Paris and the other lady, kept on repeating the same thing, that I need to wait. I saw the reception staff along with nurses enjoying their cuppa coffee, snacks, and having a good laugh. I felt that they were exhibiting a racist behavior towards me. Pathetic experience. Would never recommend anyone to visit this centre.

First class treatment.I arrived at 8 am. Filled the appropriate form out after explaining my symptoms. Ten minutes later I was called to see the triage nurse. Twenty minutes later I was called to see the hospital receptionist. No sooner after sitting back in the waiting area, I was called to have an x-ray. Soon after my results were back. All in all a speedy response from all the staff involved. I arrived home just after 9am.

I visited today and went to the triage section on the first floor. There was a lovely lady who was very helpful. I had burned my foot, and she treated it quickly and without any pain. It was honestly one of the best treatment experiences I’ve had. Thank you so much. I didn’t get her name, so I’ll call her a lovely angel with short hair and light eye😍🥹

The doctor my mum seen today was amazing, very thorough and knew what she was talking about and showed empathy and urgency considering my mums situation. Her GP did not show urgency considering this doctor here has claimed that my mum may have Heart failure.

This place is the unspikbel a Chinese ners not even let me to see a Dr it just refused me to have a help withe cheest pine and hard to spike hard to walk he is just not happy even am there unfriendly rude. Its just need NHS look properly this place. Tanks to quin Elisabeth hospital from door to Dr God bless you tanks for your help and treatment

I had visited Summerfield UTC with my wife as she was unwell. My wife was told to wait on the left side by the reception staff and to take a seat. Once we were called by a nurse/doctor (Trish price) while we were walking to her room she said that ‘we have been calling you 3 times; you could have been seen ages ago’. This is completely not true. I had sat with my wife and nobody had called us 3 times. So that’s a complete lie by her. I had also checked this with the reception staff and they had said that it doesn’t matter which side you sit on they call both sides. Also while we were in the consultation with Trish she was very blunt, unprofessional and rude. Asking us about pain killers and when my wife had them, it honestly felt like a police interrogation more than a consult. Trish price definitely needs further training or dismissal for the way she spoke to us. I’ve never heard anyone in the medical profession speak with such poor manners and zero empathy towards a patient. If you do not like your job Trish or cannot be nice to patients then you are in the wrong job and need to stay away from people facing jobs. Especially when people are unwell. What a terrible horrible woman ! Very disappointed in the surgery

I recently visited this surgery when my daughter was in terrible pain, the lady on reception (I think it was pari or Paris) she was so kind and caring she made sure my daughter and I was well taken care of! She went above and beyond to make sure she was quickly looked after, if I was to visit again it would only be when she was working 😃
