I had an excellent telephone appointment with Stratford Village Surgery and was genuinely impressed by the quality of care I received. The staff were professional, courteous, and highly efficient from start to finish. The clinician I spoke with was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly. The entire process was smooth, reassuring, and well-organised. It was refreshing to experience such a high standard of patient care over the phone, and I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism shown by the team. Stratford Village Surgery provided outstanding service, and I would highly recommend them.
Dr. Shibani is not just a GP, she is truly an extraordinary human being. During the hardest moments of my life, even in times filled with fear and thoughts of death, she has given me comfort, strength, kindness, and genuine care in a way that I cannot fully express in words.
Nowadays, it is very rare to find a doctor who listens so patiently, explains everything so gently, and makes a patient feel truly cared for. Dr. Shibani has always supported me with thoughtful advice and looked after me like a family member. Her words and care continue to give me the strength to keep going. I want to live, stay healthy, and continue receiving her support and care in the future.

I would like to give special thanks to Reda, one of the GP reception staff members, for the excellent service she provided. On the day, she was extremely helpful, answered my questions clearly, and helped find a solution to an issue I had. I was also impressed by how professionally and respectfully she communicated with all patients before me, including those with language barriers and those who were frustrated or demanding.
I have also spoken to Reda on the telephone before and received the same exceptional level of service. She is a credit to the practice.
I will write a separate review about my wider GP experience after my current support has been completed.
My husband and I have been registered at this place for sometime and whilst most clincians and members have delivered good care and service, I must say that the latest appointment really made a difference. A big thank you to Dr David Mason, we can't recommend him enough! He took the time to listen to our concerns, to gather as many medical details as possible to understand what is happening instead of just handing out a prescription and paracetamol.
Dr Mason really cares for one's wellbeing and is very supportive and understanding. We need more doctors like him!

I recently visited this hospital regarding patchy areas in my beard, and I had a very positive experience. The Dr. French who treated me was highly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. I truly appreciated the care and attention given during my treatment.
