Feeling the usual trepidation of going for this test I needn’t have worried I was immediately put at ease. Stacey had a lovely manner. We had a short discussion, she was able to answer my questions and give me advice to use going forward. During my appointment my blood pressure was higher than it should be, again with professionalism Stacey explained what I needed to do and thus was followed up by sending the link for me to complete. Thank you.

Our family (myself, my husband, and our 5 year old son) are registered at St Andrew’s Medical Centre, and the standard of care we consistently receive is truly outstanding. From the very first point of contact when requesting an appointment, through to the consultation itself, the experience is seamless, professional, and genuinely patient-centred. Every interaction reflects a team that is organised, compassionate, and deeply committed to delivering high-quality care. We have never once felt rushed. Instead, we feel listened to, respected, and fully involved in our care, which makes a significant difference to our overall experience. As a nurse, I recognise how impactful this approach is, and I can confidently say that the team at St Andrew’s exemplifies best practice. They set an exceptionally high standard and, in my view, should be considered a benchmark for other medical centres to aspire to. Dr. I.Maclver This is truly a doctor who is called to practice medicine, not simply to go to work. The doctor listens carefully, explains everything clearly and thoroughly, and always takes the time to answer questions with patience and respect. In the past 2 weeks I have been a great deal of pain. I went to A&E over the BH weekend. The pain got so bad I rang my GP for an appointment They got me in to see a GP within 30 mins, And GP listened to me and gave me stronger pain relief. Within 1 hour of taking, I have got relief from my pain, which I never thought I would get. Would like to a huge thank you for everyone at St Andrews medical centre
